SCBSM: Share buybacks in December 2024

SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has communicated its recent share buyback operations. In accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation, SCBSM has repurchased its own shares several times in early December 2024.

The transactions took place between December 2 and 6. On December 2, 200 shares were acquired at an average price of 8.45 euros. On December 3, 312 shares were repurchased for 8.3 euros each. On December 4, 313 shares were purchased at 8.524 euros. Finally, on December 6, 317 shares were acquired at 8.4 euros. All these transactions took place on the XPAR market.
