SCBSM: Share Buybacks in March 2025

On March 31, 2025, the real estate company SCBSM, listed on Euronext Paris, published its statement regarding share buybacks carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the European Market Abuse Regulation. These transactions took place over three consecutive days in March 2025. On March 25, SCBSM acquired 117 shares at an average price of €8.60 per share. The following day, an additional 128 shares were repurchased at the same average price. Finally, on March 27, the company purchased 157 shares at a slightly lower price of €8.55.
