SCBSM strengthens its presence on Boulevard Haussmann
SCBSM, a company listed on Euronext Paris, announced on December 18, 2024 the acquisition of a building located on Boulevard Haussmann, Paris 9th. This transaction is part of its strategy to consolidate key locations in the central business district.
The building, in full ownership, extends over 1,700 m² with offices, shops and homes. Close to the Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier, it has strong profitability potential. Annual revenues could increase from €700k to €1,200k after renovation.
SCBSM now has 11 assets in Paris, totaling more than 30,000 m² in popular areas such as Champs-Elysées and Opéra. The transformation programs underway suggest an increase in rental income in the medium term.
