Schaeffler AG Successfully Issues €750 Million Bond
Schaeffler AG has issued a corporate bond worth €750 million, drawing strong interest from international investors. The bond, which matures in May 2032, carries a 4.5% interest rate per annum. Issued under Schaeffler's debt issuance program, the bond's demand led to multiple oversubscriptions.
The funds will support general corporate and financing activities. CFO Christophe Hannequin emphasized the bond placement as a testament to Schaeffler's robust credit profile and capital market standing.
Settlement is set for November 12, 2025, with a listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. J.P. Morgan served as global coordinator, with BBVA, DZ Bank, J.P. Morgan, and SEB as joint bookrunners.
