Schletter Group Strengthens Its Management Team

On June 13, 2024, Schletter Group, a leading global manufacturer of solar mounting systems, announced the expansion of its management team. Richard Lothholz will join the company as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) starting July 1, 2024. This new position aims to enhance the company's global sales and marketing efforts as it continues to grow.

"Richard is a sales expert with an outstanding track record," said Florian Roos, CEO of Schletter Group. The current senior management team now includes Florian Roos (CEO), Martin Lipp (CFO), Dr. Cedrik Zapfe (CTO), Ralf Maus (COO), and Richard Lothholz (CSO).

Lothholz brings over 25 years of management experience, including roles at OSRAM’s automotive division. His expertise covers market expansion and sales growth. He will focus on worldwide sales and marketing, sales and technology integration, and making the company more customer-oriented.

Despite recent market challenges, Schletter Group increased its sales by 13 percent in 2023. The company also secured significant financing to support continued robust growth. Schletter remains committed to improving its corporate social responsibility footprint.
