Schneider Electric Conducts Weekly Share Buyback

On December 16th, 2024, Schneider Electric announced a recent activity in its share buyback program. This program was sanctioned during the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024. Under the framework authorized by Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code, Schneider Electric repurchased 98,840 shares. These shares represent approximately 0.02% of the company's share capital as of December 31st, 2023.

The total purchase worth amounted to €23,272,930, conducted between December 10th and 13th, 2024. The principal aim of these buybacks is to fulfill obligations linked to long-term incentive plans offered to employees and corporate executives.
