Schneider Electric Executes Weekly Share Buyback

Schneider Electric, based in Rueil-Malmaison, France, has recently executed a share buyback program. This program, authorized by the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025, allows the Board of Directors to buy back company shares under Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 regarding market abuse.

Between September 29 and October 3, 2025, Schneider Electric repurchased 75,000 shares, roughly 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The total cost of these transactions amounted to 18,213,780 euros. The primary goal is to fulfill obligations related to a long-term incentive plan for employees and corporate officers.
