Schoeller-Bleckmann Changes Name and Announces Dividend
Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment AG, listed on the ATX of the Vienna Stock Exchange, has announced significant changes following its Annual General Meeting. The shareholders agreed to rename the company to SBO AG, effective once registered in the commercial register. This decision reflects the company's evolving identity in the energy and industrial sectors.
Additionally, the meeting approved a dividend payment of EUR 1.75 per share, drawing from retained earnings of MEUR 40.4 from 2024. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders on 15 May 2025.
The meeting also saw the discharge of the Executive and Supervisory Boards for 2024, election of Brigitte Ederer to the Supervisory Board, and appointment of KPMG Austria as the auditor for the current financial year.
