Schweizer Electronic AG Announces Executive Board Change
Schweizer Electronic AG, headquartered in Schramberg, Germany, has announced a change in its Executive Board. Chief Technology Officer Thomas Gottwald will be stepping down, effective February 16, 2026. His departure is due to personal reasons, and the decision was mutually agreed upon with the Supervisory Board.
In the interim, CEO Nicolas-Fabian Schweizer and CFO Marc Bunz will assume responsibility for the areas managed by Mr. Gottwald. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Gottwald for his contributions and extended best wishes for his future endeavors.
