SCOR launches a tender offer and issues new subordinated bonds
On September 2, 2025, SCOR SE announced a cash tender offer for its subordinated bonds, totaling €600 million. These bonds, issued in December 2015, mature in June 2046 with an early redemption option in June 2026.
The offering, limited to €500 million, could be adjusted at the company's discretion. SCOR also announced its intention to issue new euro-denominated subordinated bonds, with the net proceeds to be used to finance its general corporate purposes, including the tender offer.
