SCOR: Transactions on own shares of September 5, 2025
SCOR has announced details of its share transactions completed on September 5, 2025. These transactions concern the exercise of European call options.
Two separate transactions were carried out. The first involved the exercise of 1,461,316 options at a price of €15.99 per share. The second involved 57,202 options, with an exercise price of €26.72 per share. All of these transactions were carried out over-the-counter and were intended to cover salary awards.
In total, SCOR exercised 1,518,518 options during the day. These movements are in line with the company's capital management strategy.
