SCOR : Transactions sur actions propres du 5 septembre 2025
La société SCOR a annoncé les détails de ses transactions sur actions propres réalisées le 5 septembre 2025. Ces opérations concernent l’exercice d’options de call européen.
Deux transactions distinctes ont été effectuées. La première a impliqué l’exercice de 1 461 316 options à un prix de 15,99 euros par action. La seconde a porté sur 57 202 options, avec un prix d'exercice de 26,72 euros par titre. Toutes ces transactions ont été effectuées de gré à gré et ont pour objectif la couverture d'attributions salariales.
Au total, SCOR a exercé 1 518 518 options durant cette journée. Ces mouvements sont conformes à la stratégie de gestion du capital mise en place par l'entreprise.
