SEAM Group Selected as EPC Contractor for Nuvve's Fresno Electrification Project

SEAM Group announces its role as a key partner in Nuvve Holding Corp.'s groundbreaking fleet electrification project for the Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (Fresno EOC).

In alignment with Fresno EOC's commitment to sustainable transportation solutions, the organization will replace its fleet with 50 electric Class-A shuttles over five years. A 2.5-megawatt on-site solar generation and battery energy storage system will support the electric shuttles. SEAM Group will provide comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the project, with the groundbreaking set for June 20, 2024.

SEAM Group engineers and renewable energy specialists will provide strategic advisory support, design, engineering, and procurement of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and solar battery storage systems. The project aims to reduce reliance on the grid during peak demand hours, ensuring the fleet can operate independently.

"We are honored to serve as the EPC contractor for this significant project," said Simon Boyce, SEAM Group CRO. "Our combined expertise ensures a safe and efficient transition to an electrified fleet, empowering Fresno EOC to embrace renewable energy and reduce operational costs."
