Secarna Pharmaceuticals Appoints New CEO Konstantin Petropoulos

Secarna Pharmaceuticals has announced the promotion of Konstantin Petropoulos to Chief Executive Officer. Previously serving as Chief Business Officer since June 2023, Petropoulos succeeds Alexander Gebauer, who will focus on his company Galimedix Therapeutics. Gebauer will remain as an advisor to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

With a background in oncology research and business management, Petropoulos brings extensive industry experience from roles at AMW GmbH, Leukocare AG, and Bayer AG. His strategic expertise includes developing key business agreements and alliances.
