SELECTIRENTE acquires an emblematic site in Paris
SELECTIRENTE has announced the acquisition of a 136 m² commercial space located on Rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The purchase price is €1.6 million, with an immediate yield of 5.5%. This acquisition is part of SELECTIRENTE's strategy, which targets busy shopping areas in major French cities.
The premises, renovated in 2023, are leased to a French brand of dress shoes. This street is one of the ten busiest in Paris. SELECTIRENTE emphasizes sustainable development, taking advantage of its proximity to soft mobility solutions.
The company, managed by SELECTIRENTE GESTION, intends to strengthen its portfolio by analyzing similar opportunities, particularly in a post-Olympic Parisian context.
