Semperit Maintains Positive Momentum in Q3 2025

Semperit AG Holding reported a continued positive trajectory in the third quarter of 2025, with EBITDA reaching EUR 21.3 million. The company's revenue for the first three quarters totaled EUR 483.4 million, with EBITDA at EUR 52.0 million. Cost-saving measures are expected to cut annual costs by EUR 10 million. The rise in order volume compared to the previous year contributed to this growth, and operating EBITDA for 2025 is projected at around EUR 78 million.

Despite challenging market conditions, Semperit maintained stable free cash flow at EUR 22.3 million. The group's equity ratio was 47.0%, with a conservative leverage ratio of 1.5x. Cash reserves decreased to EUR 86.6 million following a EUR 31 million loan repayment in Q3.

Revenue from Semperit Industrial Applications and Engineered Applications divisions reached EUR 201.2 million and EUR 282.2 million, respectively. The company's financial results included a EUR 8.4 million loss after tax due to currency impacts and depreciation.
