Semperit AG Holding: Executive Board Chairman Karl Haider Will Not Extend His Contract

Vienna, June 10, 2024 – Semperit AG Holding announced that Karl Haider, the Chairman of the Executive Board, will not be extending his contract, which expires on March 31, 2025. Haider, who has been in his position since January 11, 2022, has decided to focus more on non-executive tasks in the future.

The Supervisory Board of Semperit has been informed and will immediately begin the search for a successor. Haider will continue to fulfill his duties until the end of his current mandate.

The company remains dedicated to maintaining its high standards of production and efficiency, offering a range of elastomer products and industrial applications worldwide. Semperit AG Holding, based in Vienna, employs around 4,300 people across 16 production sites globally.
