The accolade is based on an employee experience survey in which 94% of Senderoans reported a positive workplace experience, significantly higher than the U.S. average by 37%.
Great Place To Work surveyed nearly 95,000 employees from various companies to determine the list. Employees responded to 60 statements regarding their workplace experiences, providing a comprehensive overview of organizational culture.
Sendero's Chief Operations Officer, Ruth Farrar, expressed pride in the recognition, citing the company's dedication to a positive and inclusive work environment.
This award adds to Sendero's impressive list of accolades, including recognition by USA Today and The Dallas Morning News for workplace excellence and employee health initiatives. The organization has also earned the Great Place To Work Certification.
