La SFCMC acquiert 100% de Latanier Expériences
Le Conseil d'administration de la Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) a autorisé l'acquisition des 50% restants d'actions de Latanier Expériences, détenus par CG Invest. Déjà détentrice de 50% du capital, la SFCMC deviendra ainsi l'unique actionnaire de Latanier Expériences.
La transaction devrait être finalisée au 1er novembre 2025, sous réserve de l'accord sur les conditions contractuelles et réglementaires. Cette acquisition vise à renforcer la maîtrise opérationnelle de la société et à soutenir son développement stratégique.
