SFCMC acquires 100% of Latanier Expériences
The Board of Directors of the Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) has authorized the acquisition of the remaining 50% of Latanier Expériences shares, held by CG Invest. Already holding a 50% stake, SFCMC will thus become the sole shareholder of Latanier Expériences.
The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2025, subject to the agreement of contractual and regulatory conditions. This acquisition aims to strengthen the company's operational control and support its strategic development.
