SGT German Private Equity Acquires Three Internet Payment Service Providers
SGT German Private Equity GmbH & Co. KGaA (SGF) has acquired majority stakes in three internet payment service providers. These acquisitions include Funanga AG, Berlin, Campamocha Ltd., Malta, and Surfer Rosa Ltd., Isle of Man. The acquisition is contingent on approval from the Maltese Financial Regulator, MFSA.
The three firms are profitable, experiencing high growth, and will be integrated under the renamed umbrella, "The Payments Group Holding" (TPGH). SGF plans a transaction volume of 140 million EUR for 2025 and revenue close to 15 million EUR. The company also plans to place treasury shares on the market, aiming to raise an additional 8 million EUR by the end of 2024. SGF will hold a ticker symbol "PGH".
The acquisition deal values SGF at 23.1 million EUR. TPGH anticipates significant annual sales growth above 50% through 2025. The group expects a net profit of 10 to 15 cents per SGF share in 2025.
