Share Buyback by Cairn Homes Plc on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange

Cairn Homes Plc announced the repurchase of 180,000 of its own ordinary shares on February 19, 2024, distributed between Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The purchased shares, priced between €1.460 and €1.486 for Euronext Dublin and between £1.244 and £1.264 for the London Stock Exchange, will be cancelled. This move is part of the share buyback program initiated by the company on March 3, 2023.

After the cancellation of these shares, the total number of Cairn Homes' ordinary shares in circulation will stand at 649,641,542. The company confirms not holding any shares in treasury. The transaction was carried out by the broker Numis Securities Ltd. The deduction of these shares underscores the company's strategy of prudent capital management.
