Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie has published its weekly statement regarding share buybacks carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. This operation is part of the regional bank's allocation for a societal project.
The transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR) between August 26 and 30, 2024, with a total daily volume ranging from 450 to 4,632 shares and weighted average acquisition prices ranging from 17.60 to 17.82 euros per share.
The shares were purchased by Kepler Cheuvreux SA, acting as an investment services provider. The unit price of the transactions ranged from 17.600000 to 17.998000 euros.
These acquisitions aim to support a specific societal project of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie, a mark of the cooperative bank's commitment to social responsibility.
