Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie under the MAR Regulation
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie carried out several share buybacks during the week of November 11 to 15, 2024, in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR) and were carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux SA.
During this period, a total of 14,951 shares were repurchased. The highest daily volume was recorded on November 12 with 6,889 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 18.560581 per share.
These acquisitions were mainly aimed at providing a societal project. However, many transactions were subsequently cancelled, a sign of a frequent revision in the acquisition strategy.
