Econocom Group SE recently completed share buybacks, authorized at the Annual General Meeting in November 2021. Between April 14 and 21, 2025, the company purchased 371,200 of its own shares on the market. The average price per share was €1.740, with no minimum or maximum price variation.
As of April 22, 2025, Econocom Group held 2,277,379 of its own shares. This represents 1.36% of the 167,047,004 shares issued. These shares are being repurchased through a dedicated program, details of which are available in the regulated section of the company's website.
