As part of its share buyback program authorized by the General Meeting of November 30, 2021, Econocom Group SE carried out several transactions between September 9 and 15, 2024.
During this period, the company purchased a total of 27,480 Econocom Group shares on the stock market, with prices varying between €2.005 and €2.070 per share. The average purchase price was approximately €2.044 per share.
As of September 16, 2024, Econocom Group SE now holds 7,738,286 shares, representing 4.32% of the total number of securities issued by the company, or 179,045,899 shares in total.
