Between September 2 and 8, 2024, Econocom Group SE repurchased 21,178 of its own shares, in accordance with the authorization granted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, 2021. The transactions were carried out on the stock exchange with prices varying between €2.025 and €2.065 per share.
As of September 9, 2024, Econocom Group SE holds 7,710,806 shares, representing 4.31% of the total issued securities, or 179,045,899 shares. All information regarding the share buyback program is available on Econocom's Finance website.
