This press release complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of January 31, Lhyfe's capital consisted of 47,970,348 shares.
Regarding voting rights, the total theoretical number amounts to 82,176,718 while the exercisable voting rights are 82,085,088. This is calculated by deducting the 91,630 treasury shares, deprived of voting rights, from the total number of shares.
Lhyfe, listed on the Paris Stock Exchange under ISIN FR0014009YQ1, continues to play a key role in the energy transition in Europe.
