Shareholders Approve All Proposals at Investis Holding SA's 2024 AGM
During the recent Annual General Meeting held at the SIX Convention Point in Zurich, Investis Holding SA announced the approval of several key shareholder proposals. The meeting had a significant turnout, representing 93.04% of the share capital with a total of 11,908,536 shares.
Shareholders approved the 2023 annual financial statements and endorsed a gross dividend distribution of CHF 2.50 per share, set to be paid on April 24, 2024, with a net dividend of CHF 1.625 per share. Additionally, the first Non-financial Report for 2023 received approval.
The Board of Directors saw the re-election of all its members, including Thomas Vettiger as Chairman and Albert Baehny as Vice Chairman. The Compensation Committee, consisting of Albert Baehny and Corine Blesi, and other key positions also received continued shareholder support.
Compensation-related proposals were also accepted, including the 2023 compensation report and the total compensation for the Board and the Group Executive Board for the 2025 fiscal year. These approvals reflect strong shareholder confidence in the board and management's current structure and strategy.
