Shelly Group Announces Plan to Convert to European Company (SE)
Shelly Group AD has approved a plan to change its legal form to a European Company (Societas Europaea – SE). The decision follows approval during the Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 December 2023. This conversion will register the company in Bulgaria as per Council Regulation No. 2157/2001.
The comprehensive plan will be accessible on Shelly Group's website under Corporate Governance from 23 July 2024. Another Extraordinary General Meeting, planned for the fourth quarter of 2024, will present this proposal to shareholders for final approval.
Shelly Group, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, aims to finalize the transition within the regulatory framework set by the EU. The company believes this move will enhance its corporate governance and market presence.
