Shelly Group Announces Terms of Dividend Payment

Sofia / Munich, 25 June 2024 – Shelly Group AD (Ticker SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166), a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, has announced the terms for its upcoming dividend payment. The Board of Directors, following the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 4 June 2024, has set the initial payment date for 3 July 2024 and the final payment date for 3 July 2025.

Shareholders who do not receive their dividends within this period can request payment in cash or by bank transfer within a five-year limitation period. Unclaimed dividends after this period will be moved to the Company’s Reserve Fund.

The payments will be conducted through the Central Depository AD. Shareholders with personal accounts in Register A will receive their dividends via DSK Bank AD branches. Those with client sub-accounts in Register B will be paid through the respective investment intermediary, assisted by the Central Depository.
