Shipping Agencies Services sàrl exceeds 90% stake in CLASQUIN
On December 19, 2024, Shipping Agencies Services sàrl declared that it had crossed the thresholds of 50% and 90% of the capital and voting rights in the company CLASQUIN. The threshold was crossed on December 16, 2024. Shipping Agencies now holds 2,272 569 CLASQUIN shares, representing 97.57% of the capital and at least 97.14% of the voting rights.
This crossing was carried out within the framework of a public purchase offer. Shipping Agencies Services, a company incorporated under Luxembourg law, is wholly owned by MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, a company incorporated under Swiss law. The transaction includes the acquisition of 1 106,441 additional shares of CLASQUIN.
