SIG 2024 Annual General Meeting Overview

SIG Combibloc Group AG announced that their 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) saw all board proposals receiving approval from the shareholders. The meeting, characterized by a considerable turnout, had 73.45 percent of the share capital represented. The session was conducted at SIG’s headquarters in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.

Significant resolutions included the approval of a CHF 0.48 per share cash dividend from the capital contribution reserves, set for distribution on April 30, 2024. Other approved agendas were the group’s executive compensation for the 2024-2025 term, a 2023 Compensation Report in an advisory vote, and for the first time, the Swiss Non-Financial Matter Report for 2023.

Re-elections also took place during the AGM, with Andreas Umbach continuing as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Additionally, the shareholders re-elected existing members and welcomed Thomas Dittrich as a new board member. The Compensation Committee members for the upcoming year were also decided.
