Signature of a deed of sale between Les Constructeurs du Bois and Vivest for a project in Longwy
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) announces the signing of a deed of sale for a wooden building with the regional lessor Vivest. This €2.6 million project complies with RE 2020 regulations and strengthens their partnership with Action Logement.
Located in Longwy, this building of 14 social housing units will be built on a former industrial wasteland. The building, spread over 3 floors, will offer 862 m² of living space and will be NF HQE® certified. LCB plans delivery in the 3rd quarter of 2025.
François Duchaine, CEO of LCB, expresses his satisfaction for this second collaboration with Vivest, highlighting the company's ability to meet the needs for low-carbon social housing.
