Silk Technologies Experiences Explosive Growth Driven by Demand for Modernization and Automation
Silk Technologies announced a 70% jump in its annual recurring revenue for fiscal year 2023, ending December 31, 2023. This growth is attributed to increased adoption of its solution by companies looking to improve performance, availability and reduce costs and management complexity in the cloud.
Among its customer successes, Simcorp and Frasers Group minimized their cloud resources and costs, HealthEquity quintupled its performance while reducing its costs by 30%. Wayfair left its data center for the cloud without necessary overhaul of its critical applications.
Silk also innovated with Silk Cloud DBaaS for cloud database management and improved its performance and resiliency, including new self-healing architectures and algorithms. Advanced automation and generative AI support reduce operational burden and drive innovation.
Additionally, Silk updated its management team and expanded its partnerships with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other cloud-centric players, solidifying its position in the industry.
