Silver Bull Resources, Inc. has disclosed the voting outcomes from its annual shareholders meeting on April 17, 2025. Representing 28% of its shares, 13,269,249 votes were recorded at the event. Key directors, Brian Edgar and Timothy Barry, were re-elected with over 95% of votes. William Matlack also retained his position with similar support.

The appointment of Smythe LLP as Silver Bull's independent accounting firm was ratified, receiving 96.4% endorsement.
