Silver Spruce Resources Completes Share Consolidation
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has announced the completion of its share consolidation. Approved during the company's 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting, the consolidation adjusts the ratio to one post-consolidation share for every fifteen pre-consolidation shares. The total number of shares has been reduced from 324,152,832 to 21,610,189.
The newly consolidated shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "SSE" on November 4, 2025, featuring a new CUSIP and ISIN. Adjustments will be made to existing warrants and options to reflect the new share ratio.
Registered shareholders are instructed to send their pre-consolidation share certificates to TSX Trust Company to receive the new certificates. Beneficial shareholders holding shares through intermediaries should contact their brokers for further guidance.
