Silver Wolf Upsizes Offering to C$2.125 Million

Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement, responding to investor interest. The updated offering will now comprise up to 14,166,665 units, each priced at C$0.15, aiming to generate up to C$2.125 million. Initially, the plan was for a maximum of 10 million units for C$1.5 million. Acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange is awaited, and all terms remain as previously stated.

Each unit contains one common share and half a common share purchase warrant. A whole warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at C$0.25 over 36 months. Proceeds will fund a drill program in Mexico and general working capital. The offering will be accessible to Canadian provinces (excluding Quebec), offshore jurisdictions, and certain U.S. institutional buyers.
