Simplified Public Purchase Offer on IDSUD Shares
Simplified joint-stock company Manandier has launched a simplified public purchase offer (OPAS) for IDSUD shares, at a price of €220 per share. This offer will last at least 10 trading days. The document received visa No. 25-105 from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on April 15, 2025.
Detailed information on this offer, including legal, financial, and accounting aspects, is available on the AMF website and IDSUD's dedicated website. The offer will be preceded by a notice of opening from the AMF and Euronext Paris regarding its terms and conditions.
Investors are advised to take note of possible legal restrictions in other countries, as mentioned in paragraph 2.5 of Manandier's information note.
