China's Largest Energy Storage Station Commissioned by SINEXCEL
On December 4, 2025, SINEXCEL announced the successful commissioning of the first phase of China's largest electrochemical energy storage station. This phase, with a capacity of 300MW and 1200MWh, is powered by SINEXCEL's 1725kW Power Conversion System (PCS). The station is a step forward in improving grid stability and embracing clean energy.
The project, consisting of 60 prefabricated cabins and 240 battery containers, is part of a larger 600MW/2400MWh facility. It aims to create an integrated model incorporating renewable energy sources like wind, solar, and thermal power. The PCS technology used offers up to 98.5% efficiency and features for enhanced battery protection and flexible configurations.
SINEXCEL, a major player in energy solutions, has installed over 12GW of storage capacity worldwide, reinforcing its role in advancing sustainable energy systems.
