SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG a annoncé que la récente offre publique d'achat pour ses obligations (ISIN : DE000A2AA5H5 / WKN : A2AA5H) n'émanait pas de la société. La nouvelle, publiée le 17 juin 2024, précise que l'offre faite par Robus SCSp, SICAV FIAR, Luxembourg, est indépendante et n'a pas été coordonnée avec SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES.
En revanche, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES a l'intention de rembourser les obligations le 22 juillet 2026, au prix de 105,00 EUR par obligation, selon les termes et conditions stipulés.
