Sirius Media's 2024 Annual Results: The Year of Transition
In 2024, Sirius Media faced a complex year marked by strategic adjustments. The launch of the film "Zak and Wowo: The Legend of Lendarys" did not generate the expected results, impacting revenue and overall profitability.
A strategic reorganization initiated in September 2024 resulted in a refocusing on cost control and optimization of the production model. This approach has led, among other things, to a significant reduction in personnel costs.
Sirius Media also reached a crucial agreement with its creditors, resulting in the cancellation of €33 million of debt, thus unlocking new opportunities for the future. The group is preparing new international projects while strengthening its financial base through convertible equity financing and the support of its shareholders.
