SITAM Belgium crosses 5% of VALEO’s capital
On May 28, 2024, VALEO announced a threshold crossing by SITAM Belgium. By letter received on May 27, 2024, SITAM Belgium, a public limited company under Belgian law, declared that it had acquired more than 5% of the voting rights of VALEO.
On May 23, 2024, SITAM Belgium surpassed the 5% threshold, now owning 13,760,000 VALEO shares, or 5.62% of the capital and 5.02% of the voting rights. This acquisition took place on the market.
SITAM Belgium is controlled by the Dassault family. The calculation basis is a capital of 244,633,504 shares representing 273,882,879 voting rights.
