Six HR and talent professionals recognized for their exceptional impact

Last night, for its first virtual edition, “The Talent Trailblazers” program honored emerging leaders in the field of human resources and talent management. Carried out by Talent Management, this program distinguishes those who have stood out for their commitment, innovation and significant impact. Among a group of remarkable candidates, six professionals were rewarded.

Akkshada Maniyan of Innova Solutions received the “Talent Trailblazer of the Year” award, highlighting his role as a visionary leader. Other distinctions rewarded varied initiatives, such as that of Thai Mach at Baker Hughes for evaluation and measurement, or Malia Turner of Epiq Global for her work on diversity, equity, inclusion and membership (DEIB). The contributions of Christina Cohen, Britton Bloch and Chantelle Nash were also recognized in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition and technological innovation, respectively.

These awards, determined by a rigorous selection of expert judges, highlight the positive impact of these professionals in their organizations. This gala recognizes their exceptional talent and dedication to the advancement of the human resources and talent management sector.
