SKAN Group AG's Annual General Meeting: Unanimous Approval of Proposals, Beat Lüthi Elected Chairman

On May 7, 2024, SKAN Group AG held its Annual General Meeting in Allschwil, with 91.59% of voting share capital represented. The session saw unanimous approval for all board proposals. Notably, the assembly approved a dividend distribution of CHF 0.35 per share, split into an ordinary dividend and a capital reserves distribution, both amounting to CHF 0.175 per share, payable from May 14, 2024.

Furthermore, board members Oliver Baumann, Cornelia Gehrig, Thomas Huber, Beat Lüthi, Gregor Plattner, and Patrick Schär were re-elected for another year.
