SMART GOOD THINGS: Notice of Annual General Meeting on July 26, 2024

On June 18, 2024, Smart Good Things Holding informed its shareholders of the annual Combined General Meeting on July 26, 2024. The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the company's head office, located 59, avenue Marceau, Paris.

The agenda of the Combined General Meeting will include, among other things, the approval of the corporate accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023 and the allocation of the results. Shareholders will also examine various regulated agreements, the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the proposal for renewal of the share management authorization by the Board of Directors.

Extraordinary resolutions will also be discussed, including the renewal of financial delegations and a capital reduction of 185,172 euros by cancellation of shares held by Distribution Casino France (DCF).
