SMCP Opts for Rothschild Martin Maurel for its Liquidity Contract
On August 2, 2024, SMCP terminated its liquidity contract with BNP Paribas Arbitrage, which had been in place since November 28, 2017. At the closing of this contract, 192,555 securities and 141,131.16 euros appeared in the liquidity account. . The company wanted to change service provider for the management of its securities and their liquidity.
As of August 5, 2024, SMCP entrusts this mission to Rothschild Martin Maurel. The initial contract runs until December 31, 2024, tacitly renewable for periods of one year. This new agreement is in compliance with the regulations in force, in particular the decision of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) of June 22, 2021.
The resources allocated to this contract are 192,555 securities and 541,131.16 euros. The suspension of the contract may occur in certain cases provided for by regulations or at the request of SMCP for technical reasons. Termination may be decided at any time by SMCP or previously by Rothschild Martin Maurel.
