Evolution of SMTPC's turnover in the 2nd quarter of 2025
The Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) has announced an increase in its turnover for the second quarter of 2025. This reached €10.07 million, compared to €9.76 million during the same period in 2024. This increase is mainly due to a 0.4% increase in traffic, with 3,716,493 vehicles registered.
Despite a 1.8% drop in traffic in the first half of 2025, toll revenue increased by 1.4% thanks to a fare increase to €3.30. Toll revenue totaled €9.77 million, while ancillary services decreased slightly to €0.29 million.
SMTPC continues to manage the maintenance and operation of the Prado Carénage and Prado Sud tunnels, strengthening its strategic position in the Marseille road network.
