Novem Group S.A. Reports Stable Series Sales in Q3 2025/26

Novem Group S.A. has announced its Q3 2025/26 financial results, revealing a year-to-date revenue of €372.4 million, which is a 7.7% decline compared to the previous year. The company's adjusted EBIT stood at €22.2 million, down 38.7%, yet it achieved a strong free cash flow of €38.5 million, more than doubling from the prior year.

The Series segment maintained stable sales, with €108.1 million generated in Q3, while the Tooling business saw a significant drop due to project delays. Regional revenue showed mixed performance, with European revenues decreasing, while sales in the Americas and Asia remained weak.

Despite challenges, Novem maintained profitability through cost-control measures and achieved greenhouse gas neutrality in its German operations. The company also reported an improved net leverage ratio alongside a significant increase in free cash flow, reflecting efficient cash management strategies.
