Snowline Gold Appoints Crystal Smith to Board, Issues Deferred Share Units
Snowline Gold Corp., based in Vancouver, announced the appointment of Crystal Smith as an independent director to its Board. Smith's experience in resource development and Indigenous collaborations marks a strategic move for Snowline. Previously Chief Councillor for the Haisla Nation, she significantly contributed to the indigenous-owned Cedar LNG project.
Smith stated her commitment to promoting responsible resource development. She joins Snowline as the company advances its gold exploration in the Yukon, aligning with her values of integrity, environmental responsibility, and Indigenous engagement.
Additionally, Snowline granted 75,000 Deferred Share Units to a director under its Omnibus Incentive Plan. The DSUs will vest in 12 months, payable when the holder ceases to be a director.
